With pretaxt, inspectors can talk to the app during inspections, which automatically generates ready-made condition reports with text, graphs, condition assessments and cost estimates for renovations. The AI is trained on up-to-date data from building codes, industry standards and previous reports, and operates within a predefined structure and format that follows industry norms.

Pretakst is developed for inspectors who use the app on a daily basis, and therefore user experience (UX) is at the center from the first design sketch to the finished solution.
